The CAC mark of conformity on certified food products guarantees that the optimal allergen control requirements as defined in the Certified Allergen Control Program are met.
The Certification Program was developed in partnership with food safety scientists and experts from several organizations of which Health Canada and the the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the food industry.
